1. Custom Development & Creative Services
Due to the custom technical and labor-intensive nature of custom web engineering, AI model fine-tuning, and bespoke branding, retainer and deposit fees are non-refundable once engineering sprints have commenced.
2. Milestone Guarantees
We structure complex client engagements into clear milestone deliverables. If a preliminary milestone does not meet the technical specifications agreed upon in the Statement of Work, we provide revisions at no extra cost until full compliance is achieved.
3. Cancellation Terms
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly retainer management agreements (such as Social Media Management or Continuous SEO) with a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
